custom icon on static map not working

Hi,
I have a custom icon that I am trying to display on a static map. It
was working a few days ago, but I changed the icon and added
"shadow:false" and it won't work anymore. The PNG url is correct, and
even if I change it back to the old one it doesn't work now so I don't
know what the problem could be. The shadow is always there too, so it
seems that the markerstyles are not working at all.
Here is the url:
http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?size=350x270&maptype=roadmap&zoom=13&markers=icon:http://184.72.245.19/cic/flag-red-static.png|shadow:false|45.0104,-79.5826&sensor=false

Can anyone see what I am doing wrong all of a sudden?
Thanks!
