Google Maps Api v2 geocoding

I use the built in geocoding service in the google maps api v2. It
produces a request like this:
http://maps.google.se/maps/geo?output=json&oe=utf-8&q=gothenburg&ll=62.251039%2C12.337646&spn=2.555863%2C5.932617&key=ABQIAAAAT2IrnftqM3nhpmwn2sk7KBRh7e1IBXal0pyaITGtzCicMzAs1hQpnyOPuKVSEkdxlVSIJa8eI6lLeA&mapclient=jsapi&hl=sv&callback=_xdc_._5gb4u1yne

In this request I search for Gothenburg (a large city in sweden). The
service returns Dalarnas Län, Sverige. This has worked until sometime
today. Whatever I search for it returns Dalarnas Län, Sverige.

Is there a distubance in this service? Where can I report this issue?
