Google Maps API

For some reason when I click the button 'Generate API', it asks me to
login...

Upon logging in it forwards me back to the page with the 'Generate
API' button...

After I check the box and enter my website it asks me to login
again...

Upon loggin in AGAIN it forwards me back tot he page with the
'Generate API' button...

It's a viscious cycle... I need a Google Maps API...
