How many API keys have i generated

Hi,

I'm pretty sure i have already generated an API key for a host i'm
testing on. (could not use localhost due to CAS). How can i found out
what URLs i have generated API keys for?

I did try to find a link somewhere that would give me a list of my API
keys and hosts, is this something i can get access to?

Some of our production servers have been migrated, do i need to remove
API keys for hosts that don't exist anymore?
