map not loading

Hello, my map migrating to google app engine quit loading after an
update. Maybe you can look and see what I'm doing wrong: http://web.montao.com.br/

I can go back to earlier version with GAE where it works while
comparing what the matter is with the updated new deployment is
difficult.
