Markers Not Showing In Earth Window

I am using geoxml (http://www.dyasdesigns.com/geoxml/) to create
markers and lines from a source kml file. All works well for all the
map types except Earth.
When I go to the Earth map type, the map shows fine, but none of the
markers or lines are rendered.
Any ideas?
