not able to view the context menu of TreePanel after refreshing the page

Not able to view the context menu of TreePanel after refreshing the
page.The context menu will open on right click of any tree node and
that context menu have Add/Edit/Delete sub menus,but after
refreshing the page not able to view these sub menu items in context
menu window.Its similar to the example which is there in GWT-EXT
showcase.Can any one help regarding this issue.
