Patching GWT code

Hi,

I have built a GWT app that has been deployed successfully at a number
of my customers' sites.

I now face a problem everytime I release bug fixes.
Even if the fix is in a client code, the approach I follow currently
is replacing the entire WAR.

Is there a better way of 'patching' GWT js code?
