Shortened XML elements

Hello!

While using the "built in" REST in version 1.3.2, I ran into an oddity
I hadn't seen before.
On my development XAMPP set up everything looks fine.

<level id="1" name="Info"/>
<level id="2" name="Suggestion"/>
<level id="3" name="Request"/>
<level id="4" name="Problem"/>

On my test server (Centos) all XML elements were shortened.

<l_l id="1" name="Info"/>
<l_l id="2" name="Suggestion"/>
<l_l id="3" name="Request"/>
<l_l id="4" name="Problem"/>

Has anyone else seen this?
