From Google's position as the rights holder of these applications, I'd
expect there are VERY few legitimate reasons for you to have the raw
APKs. The only one that immediately comes to mind is if you are an OEM
preparing to deploy a "with Google" device - in which case, this forum
isn't your best channel of communication with the big G.
