Let me try to give an example.

There is Chrome to Android plugin(which is similar to PC to Android)
I am wondering if its possible to have Android to PC.

1 ) To send files from Android to PC
2 ) To send remote commands to my PC.

Hence is it possible to communicate from Android to PC (through CLOUD
or without.)
I hope the question is clear now.
