GDownloadUrl reading a single value

Dear All,
I would like to know below is my calling to my php page
via the method GDownloadUrl. The problem now in my php I will echo the
lat,long,speed,datetime. So what must I write in my
processLatestTrackData in order to read the values echo in
getTrackData.php. Also I would like to know if the php fail to
generate any data how to notify the user? Thank you.
GDownloadUrl("getTrackData.php",
procssLatestTrackData,
"vehicleID=12191","application/x-www-form-
urlencoded");
