Problem occured during marker presentation on the map

I am preety new in this section. i am using php & mysql to embded
google map api,i create a xml file and then from the xml file i draw
the markers on the map, the p[roblem is the base map is ok but there
is no marker oin the map....pls help me to sorted out the
problem....pls
