[Rails] Re: Failed to build gem native extension.

It works with rubyinstaler.org 1.8.7 and DevKit. Fails on 1.9.2.

Devise compiles and installs with 1.9.2 and 1.8.7

C:\Ruby>gem install devise --no-rdoc --no-ri
