It seems to breaking within the API own initialization, before it ever
gets to building maps.
Comparing the two pages, I'd be suspicious of one or the other added
in scripts causing a conflict, perhaps by messing with javascript
prototypes. ie5.js looks like a prime candidate, with BarMenu.js and
DropMenu1.js on the suspects list too.
