You may be doing us a disservice in your assumption. And presumably
this application is not publicly available and needs a Premier
licence, so you could always ask your Premier support rep.

However, it appears (as Larry has intimated) there's a timing issue.
You may wish to look at the infowindowopen event.

-- x.openInfoWindowHtml('<div id="myDiv"></div>'); then use the
infowindowopen event handler to inject content into div "myDiv".
