AJAX order of DB storaged points in a multiple "give directions" frame

I have all the process of give directions from a database storaged
points, but i want to order them without refreshing the page (AJAX
style)

I mean just like google maps page do, sounds a little bit advanced
but...i guess someone write a samall example about that
