[Google Maps API v2] חוסר במפות גוגל בישראל

מצ"ב דוגמא לקישור עם קורדינטות באיזור ישראל:

http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?zoom=9&size=1280x1280&maptype=roadmap&markers=color:blue|31.1815196,34.8069134&sensor=true

לא ניתן לראות את הרחחובות והכבישים באיזור זה. מדוע ?

במקומות אחרים של מפות גוגל הדבר כן אפשרי.
