[Rails] I really cant update gem to 1.3.7 plz help T_T

I use ubntu10.04 with gem 1.3.5.I try setup.rb.It say only use apt-get
is only one way to get updated gem but I try many times to use this
command but it did not work.

Help me PLZ T_T
