[Google Maps API v2] Building name

Hi,

I am a beginner using GM API. I looking for a way to obtain "building
name" using GM API. For instance, if you go to

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=maps+harvard&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&hl=en&hq=Harvard+University&hnear=Harvard+University,+Cambridge,+Middlesex,+Massachusetts+02138&ll=42.378939,-71.114738&spn=0.003709,0.006899&z=17

I am looking for a way to obtain the labels like "University
Herbaria", "Peabody Museum" around at certain Lat/Long.

Is this possible using the GM API? I have found this information
missing from the usual geodata packet obtain from Google Maps.
