You could try:
- asking in an Adsense group;
- posting in the Version 3 Group asking for advice, with a link to
this thread in this Group. You'll need to add that you know your map
is Version 2, which is why the original thread is here, but there may
be more people there who know about Adsense as well as Version 2.
