Seems like the directions database no longer includes "173-175 High
Street" (it doesn't recognize that address.

This page geocodes the addresses, then does the directions from the
resulting coordinates:
http://www.geocodezip.com/example_geo2.asp?addr2=173-175%20High%20Street,%20Batheaston,%20Bath%20BA1%207DW&addr1=Swainswick,%20BA1&geocode=1&geocode=2

If you click on the "Get Directions" button below "Directions using
addresses:", you will see the same error.

What I would suggest is replace the address with the correct
coordinates of the location.

(is it the correct place?)
