[android-developers] Touch and expand a TextView

hi Guys,

i think this should be possible but don't have any idea how to achieve
this.

assume that i have a TextView and i want to touch it and drag once i'm
finish TextView Width shoud equal to the place where i have stop
dragging.

this is something similar to screen unlock in android.

how can i do this??
