Finding an address is reverse geocoding. Google's geocoder will return
an address for a given location.

How you find the country's centre point (in order to reverse geocode
it) is up to you. Geocoding just the country/city will produce a
reasonable result; or you can use the bounding-box returned from the
geocoder, find its centre and use that.

Every one of those steps is approximate.
