[Google Maps API v2] some pages in subfolder of domain with working Google Maps API key has stopped working

Hi!

I have had a domain key set up for around 6 months. It has been
working fine for both static html pages it the root folder and for php
pages in a subfolder called GoogleMap.

This week we were required to migrate our domain to a separate server.

The static html pages are still working fine but the php pages in the
GoogleMap folder have stopped working.

Any suggestions?

Here is an example of a php page that just stopped working. I t
reports that a new API key is required even though it is identical to
the working page.
