[android-developers] When will GoogleMap "3D" API be released?

Google Map 5.0 was released.

Included many new features as follows:
* Vector Rendering
* Rotation
* 3D Viewing
* etc

I think that the next Google Map API becomes a very big changes.

Please tell the plan and schedule.
Is Google Map 3D API release as an upgrade or "new other SDK"?
