[Google Maps API v2] I have a problem when I query a database based on google map

Hi guys,
i've got a website of geo information. I'm creating a database that
collects information about POI of italian cities and it shows the
position on google map.
When i query the database inserting the city's name, "Google map"
shows on the map even the markers of other cities.
How can i solve this problem?
