[Google Maps API v2] Need to insert direction in map of markers

OK, i have simply map with markers - http://nomnieks.lv/gmap/marker_with_cluster.htm
My question - how i can insert here some direction? I need to show 1
direction to closest point and all others markers. Can i do this? Tnx
