Yes, it would be of course. If your destination
daddr=41.8053721,-87.7875181 is unreachable, it remains unreachable no
matter where your start point is.

The Directions database/service is subject to change (after all, we
want it be updated regularly) and that is beyond your control.

I believe you can report specific errors (your example) here
