[Rails] redgreen unittest with Rails 3 + Ruby 1.9.2

I cannot seem to get the redgreen gem working with Rails 3 and Ruby
1.9.2 for testing.

I've read everything I can find and can't find a clear answer. I've
tried gem install redgreen as well as gem install mynyml-redgreen.

Still no luck.
