To quote Ms. Hackborn from Sep 29, "Looks like it broke". Curiously, I
find no issue for it on b.android.com.

Put it on a file on your Web server, accessed via a Web service.
Otherwise, regardless of whether this bug gets fixed, users who root
their device would still be able to delete this.
