[android-developers] Android browser

HI all,

may be someone knows a bit more about this - I am running javascript
clients on the default browser and I have a class that intercepts the
outgoing
requests. The outgoing requests have OPTIONS headers (due to the
cross-origin security policy) so I intercept the outgoing request and
return
back the browser (to the same bidirectional port that the script is
writing
on) the OPTIONS response. But logging this I don't see anything coming
back into the browser? Why is that the case? This works fine on
Firefox
and Safari. What prevents the browser from receiving responses that
it should receive otherwise?
