[android-developers] How to transfer real-time data to mobile by USB and how to get the transfered data

How to transfer real-time data from some data supported device(such as
external usb camera) to mobile by USB?
Where and how to read the transfered data, such as getting to display,
based on android?

Expecting the code, someone can give example？
