[Google Maps API v2] Developing a Strategic HC Map for Providers

I need some good help from this group. I have a website that I am
trying to use a Google spreadsheet as a source, to identify providers
who serve patients in a specific geographic region...(example 10
miles). I want to show how they connect their electronic health
records electronically and whom they share data with. I also want to
provide a link to share their best practices so when they click on the
map drop, they can call up a best practice (i.e. what they are doing
with the use of their electronic health recood. I used a GOOGLE Map
API however it appears to be limited.

You would be helping me greatly as well as other health-care providers
if someone can show me how I can visually show their their coverage
area and lines that connect to another provided who they can connect
and share patient data with. See www.ehealthleague.com and hit the
HIE Registry tab.....very limited.

Appreciate any comments or ideas..... My only wish would be if I can
use a field within the spreadsheet to do that, however, it appears
that I may need some sophisticated HTML coding to show the lines of
connections between providers who have Electronic Health Records.

Who has any ideas ? Am I asking for miracles.
