[Rails] Rails Combo Box

Gee there were over 200 hits on combo box.

Some just seem to refer to a pulldown list, versus a pulldown list
where values can be added.

As an experiment, I made an attempt at build a combo box using
a little jquery (and UJS), a little rails and a little css. Not
perfect or fancy, but fairly simple
