[android-developers] How to draw over live wallpaper?

I want to draw my scene over current live wallpaper. I know how to do
that with WallpaperManager. BUT it's working only with static
wallpaper :(
Is there any way to do draw over LIVE wallpaper? I was looking for
solution in SDK for many hours, but I can't find anything...
1) Android OS can draw widgets over live wallpaper. Can I use that
functions in my app?
2) Can I enumerate wallpapers and get drawable?
May be someone already faced with such tasks? Have any ideas?
