[Google Maps API v2] copyright issue with static google streetview api

Hi all,

As I can see on this blog http://jamiethompson.co.uk/web/2010/05/15/google-streetview-static-api/,
this is possible to get panaroma static image from a specific url. But
i think there is a copyright issue. For one of my project I need to
get static panorama image from google. Is it possible if I add the
google logo and the copyright copy provided by the web service to use
this static image service ?
