There is no way of achieving this with Google Maps. Google Maps
requires an internet connection.

Many portable GPS devices have a download facility which would enable
you to show a previously-walked route on Google Maps when you get back
to base. (You would need to write the code to interpret your output
and put it on a map; the subject has come up before so you should be
able to find something by searching)
