[Google Maps API v2] Re: OVER_QUERY_LIMIT for driving direction

As far as I understand I am in line with the term of use.
My goals are non commercial and I only need to make some 10K queries
which I am ready to do over several days and I only want to do it
once.
Can you point out what term exactly do I violate?

Alternatively, is it possible to buy this service from Google?
(assuming that I am not going to pay 10,000$ for this one time
service)
Thanks
