No, a permission to read the logs, when you can then send to server (or Google spreadsheet using ACRA).

 

By the way, does the debug logger log.d work for a release app in case you tell somebody to use adb to obtain a log for you?

Someone just posted in another thread that Log.d() is stripped in release. I've never used it.
