Maybe you can explain what you mean by "dynamically" here.

If you just want to show separate routes, you could try something like
this:
http://www.xelawho.com/map/busroutes5.htm

or with a dinky little bus animation:
http://xelawho.com/bus/

but if you want to show the bus locations in real time you will have
to get a data feed and things get more complicated:
http://mbtaplot.appspot.com/?route=Red&route=15&a=Display+Map#/?z=10&ll=42.302367982,-71.07181075&routes=Red,15
