You don't do it with that url: that's the url of the Javascript.
Actually, that looks like the Version 3 Javascript, whose group is at
http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-js-api-v3/

However, for both Version 2 and Version 3 you need to interpret your
*page* url and then tell the API what to do. See Mike's tutorial at
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/linktothis.htm
