For Version 2, have a look at Mike's EPoly extension, which adds a
.Contains() method to polygons -- that is, it does the
point-in-polygon analysis for you. http://econym.org.uk/gmap/epoly.htm

Geocode the address, and [in the geocoder callback function] check the
returned point is within the polygon
