[android-developers] Communicating with USB devices on Android Tablet

Hi,

     Is it possible to communicate/use USB devices on Android OS for a tablet device.
Is there a driver/Java Library for this? Do I need to write drivers all by myself?
Can you pls point me to discussions/links on this subject?
