[android-developers] How to Access SIM Card

Dear All,

Does anyone can explain how to access the SIM Card.
In some references I read that I should use SAT (SIM Application
Toolkit) how do i use that thing?
because I am looking for some tutorials do not explain in detail what
the SAT ..
