[Google Maps API v2] "No Results Found" Google Store Locator

Hi

I've followed all the instructions in the google maps store locator
tutorial but can't seem to get any results on the map.

My url is:

http://mapp.onechordwonders.com

I've tried replicating the tutorial both on this remote server and on
localhost and am getting exactly the same problem.

When I run the query in the tutorial directly into the database I do
get results, so the tables seem to be populated correctly, but I get
nothing using the search form.

Any help greatly appreciated.
