[Google Maps API v2] Storing business IDs in our database

Hi,

We are using this endpoint for searching businesses locally :
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/local

The problem is we are adding a layer on top of the business, which
means we have to store the business name, address and ID in our
system.

Is that legal? If not, what can we do to make google allow us to do
this?
