ogg, audio,

How i should inlude *.ogg files to *.html with Django.

I tried without model,
directly loud file from (from the same folder where exists Gre.html)
"Fin/templates" in Gre.html .

<audio controls="controls" preload="auto">
<source src="http://127.0.0.1:8000/fin.ogg" type="audio/ogg" />
</audio>

OR

<audio controls="controls" preload="auto">
<source src=fin.ogg" type="audio/ogg" />
</audio>

OR

<audio controls="controls" preload="auto">
<source src="C:\Python27\Scripts\finnish2\Fin\templates\fin.ogg"
type="audio/ogg" />
</audio>

OR

<audio controls="controls" preload="auto">
<source src="C:/Python27/Scripts/finnish2/Fin/templates/fin.ogg"
type="audio/ogg" />
</audio>

In Opera 11 audio play icon appears in all cases, nevertheless it do
not play the file.
Other browsers on my computer do not support html5.
Of course file works if i check in VCL player.
