Re: CellTable Dynatable SimplePager last Button

If I pass null for the resources parameter, will it use the default
resources? If not, how do I GET the default resources (since I have
NO need for a "Fast Forward" button, especially not one that sits
right where my users expect a "go to the end" button to be).
