let's see, at first "debug" was set to 2 , and when I pointed my
browser to http://localhost/blog/ I got the the CakePHP's default
home and a message that told me the status of my current database
connection, but when I set debug to 0 , I got this message " Error:
The requested address '/' was not found on this server."

and regarding to "blog". No I only have one website, it isn't blog ,
but "cake_1_3"

http://localhost/cake_1_3/posts/index
http://localhost/cake_1_3/posts/view/1
